What an amazing set of weekends for Vida Nueva of Southeast Tennessee #1. We had 33 young women and 28 young men as candidates on the weekends. While it may take them and the team members a while to unpack and realize what the Lord accomplished, it is time to get ready for weekend #2. February 8-10, 2019 for young women, and February 15-17, 2019 for young men. Audrey Alexander and Shawn Holland have accepted the call to be the Directors for VNSETN #2. They are in the beginning phases of putting together the teams. Please be in prayer for these Directors, teams and candidates that will be a part of VNSETN #2. If these Directors contact you about serving, please be quick to respond.
Saturday October 27th will be our very FIRST La Vida Loca. We will meet at the ARC at 5:00 pm for a fun evening of outdoor activities and games, a bon-fire, nacho bar, a costume contest, and a time of sharing and worship in the auditorium. Please bring a desert to share. Mark your calendars and come on out. Bring your friends and family. Our VN parties are open to everyone, even if they have not attended a VN weekend. Use it as a recruiting opportunity for someone you would like to sponsor to attend a future weekend. In case of rain, all activities will be inside (except the bonfire).
